Information on staph infected milk cow please?

My friend has a milk cow that was all natural she is young

and new to being milked. She has developed a very bad

staph infection. Sadly she is on antibiotics along with

a good herbal formula and olive leaf.

Please if you have any ideal how the staph can be cleared up

let me know.
