Excellent review Chris. I also read the Colpo book recently and found it well

referenced,

although I agree some of his sections and advice are more speculative than

others.

I look forward to reading the PUFA report 2 and listening to your audio lecture.

I agree, - excellent review. I have a copy of Colpo's book on my shelf

and find it a

valuable reference. The two parts that didn't seem to fit with everything I've

read lately were

exactly the ones you pointed out; his belief in fish oils and skepticism about

oxidative

damage.

Please let us know when you lecture is ready - I'd love to hear it.
