Guest guest
My husband and I are thinking about trying to conceive in the coming months. I chart and it appears that I have a marginal luteal phase (8- 10 days instead of 12-16 days). This is often caused by a progesterone deficiency. The treatments recommended are B6 supplementation and progesterone cream. I would like to start with the B6 supplementation. I currently drink raw milk but am not sure about other good sources. Can I just take a B6 vitamin? I prefer to get my nutrition from food but I also want to get this problem fixed as soon as possible - I'm not getting any younger :-)
