i am reading " The Miracle of Magnesium " by Carolyn Dean and i would recommend it

to anyone. here are the health issues she covers: anxiety, pain, athletes,

migraines, strokes, head injury, brain surgery, hypertension, high cholesterol,

spastic heart, angina, arrhythmia, arteriosclerosis, heart attack, syndrome x,

diabetes, sugar imbalance, pms, dysmenorrhea, infertility, PCOS, preeclampsia,

cerebral palsy, osteoporosis, kidney stones, chronic fatigue syndrome,

fibromyalgia, asthma.

two weeks ago i was dealing with anxiety and depression and other things i felt

i had erradicated through diet and supplements over the past 3 years and i was

devastated that it had come back. when i looked at what i had changed the only

thing was not taking my magnesium supp's that i had previously taken 600-800mg a

day. i just had run out and not bothered to order more. i eat a lot of dairy and

meat and these foods require more magnesium. i am hoping my mag deficiency is

the reason i have not been successful at conceiving in the last 6 months we have

been trying. :)
