Guest guest
Our PT clinic, along with a pair of pain physicians, and a psychologist are attempting to outline an outcome study that we can perform to provide data we can use for marketing our Industrial Rehabilitation program. We want to show that patients will progress through their treatment programs sooner, with better outcomes if we are able to aggressively treat them through pain interventions, PT, and behavioral counseling/ group therapy. Any suggestions on data collection and outcome measures to use? I know that for most carriers, the bottom line is $.....so, should we be showing costs? # of visits? functional lift levels at evaluation vs. discharge???......Just need some suggestions because a statistician I am not. Thanks in advance. Hill, PT Meridian, MS
