From the reading I've done, it is definitely more important to

supplement with magnesium than with calcium.

I'm curious why you would choose magnesium chloride though. We use

Natural Calm (plain, unsweetened) - some proprietary fizzy, lemony

form of magnesium citrate. Plain ol' magnesium citrate is nasty

tasting unless one encapsulates it.

Mountain Rose Herbs has a nice " mineral " tea - their herbal

" VitaBlend " formulation - should address both calcium and magnesium

needs. Not for pregnant ladies though.

I used that same Mg supplement a long time ago, I know exactly what

you are talking about. I had totally forgotten about it though until

you just reminded me.

I was thinking of Mg chloride just based on hearing that it made a

big difference with someone I know. He knows a lot about biochemistry

and such but I don't remember the reasons why and he also said to be

careful with it. Right now I am using encapsulated Mg Citrate and

whatever Mg I am getting from the Trace minerals solution.
