postings being public

Hi,

I've tried to email both the list owner and moderater for help, but I

haven't had an answer from either of them, so I'm hoping I might get

some help from the list.

I posted a question that I'm hoping to be able to delete from the

archives. I'm afraid if someone did a search of my e mail name this

topic would come up that might be painful for my family. The title of

the emails I would like deleted are Diet and Suicide. Can someone tell

me how to delete them... or do it for me?
