Guest guest
I really think the only way to lose weight is the make a permanent change. Reduce all carbs/sugar. There just isn't a short cut. You can go on Nutri-system. I don't think " harm " is what I would say but you really aren't helping your body. By creating a deficiency....as soon as you body get " real food " back. It will pack on the weight....if you haven't changed your habits.

Nutri-System is refined, processed high-carb crap and it'll do systemic and metabolic damage to anyone subsisting on it. -
Guest guest
I agree with . You will probably delay your fixing of the problem, for as long as you stay on Nutrisystem. I did that once, way back, sure enough delayed my fixing of the original problem. They had these little cool plastic trays that were great for microwave snacks later though. We loved them for years until they all disappeared. The weight is not the problem, it is the symptom. The problem is your routines. If you wanted to change your routine to Nutrisystem, maybe that would work, but I would worry about the quality and quantity of nutrients. Can we help at all with the work situation?
