Yes, I would avoid raw egg whites entirely. You're likely causing

yourself some biotin problems with all that avidin.

Unfortunately, recently found out that cooking doesn't

deactivate the avidin in egg whites nearly as much as is usually

supposed, so even cooked whole eggs probably shouldn't be eaten all

that regularly.
