Vaccines, need some advice

My sister is due with a baby boy soon and she asked me what to do

about vaccines. She is still pretty close minded but some news

reports about the dangers of vaccines made her think twice...not to

mention I got the mumps after getting the MMR vaccine.

She doesn't know if she wants to not get any of the vaccines, but she

told me to find out what she should do.

Isn't there a release form that makes this process easier?
