Guest guest
First of all, if you have an ULCER, don't take the hydrochloric acid. ALSO, make sure you are taking lots of probiotics. Now, to determine dosage, you start out with one, your first meal. If you didn't feel a strong warmth in your stomach (minimally uncomfortable. Then you add two the next meal. See how that goes. In other words, you keep adding until you feel a warmth in the stomach. When you feel that, you back off one pill. In other words, if you start feeling a warmth that is a little uncomfortable in the stomach, back off a pill. As long as you do that, you can continue indefinitely on them OR until your symptoms are better (you no longer get reflux, etc). For me, I started feeling a slightly uncomfortable feeling at 4 pill of hydrochloric acid, so then I backed off to 3. At a certain point, when I no longer suffered symptoms I stopped taking the acid. For me, this happened after about 2-3 weeks. I also was taking Mastic Gum (which really helped symptoms), digestive enzymes and lots of probiotics. If what I have written is not clear, send me your telephone number (and a good time to call) and I will give you a call and talk you through it. > From: Cray Fish <crayfishfeed@...> > Subject: Why stomach acid is good for you > > Date: Wednesday, September 24, 2008, 10:11 AM > , > > You were the one that recommended Why stomach acid is good > for you I > believe.
