Also, I read that fermented CLO could possibly have oxidized fats. I am

wondering if that's true or chemically likely.

Dave Wetzel, who produces it, told me that it actually as a *lower*

peroxidized fat count than the regular CLO.

I've been using Fermented Cod liver oil from Green Pastures and

generally feel better longer with it. I tend to take it every 3-4 days

and it seems to keep working longer than normal fish oil. I prefer it.

I do get a lot of sun and am mildly worried about excess vitamin D and A

though.

, could you clarify a little bit on what you mean by " working

longer " Do you mean like energizing you?

What are some of the negative effects of getting too much vitamin A

and D in your opinions/research? Do you mean Vitamin A toxicity?

I know there's so much conflicting info out there but I keep going

back to Weston Price's studies where he saw such magic with raw

butter and clo. I don't know if they had butter oil back then. I

really want to remineralize my teeth and a suggesion is CLO and

Butter oil but I have taken these products before without noticing

anything. Maybe it was an absorption issue and I should take a

digestive enzymes when I take these products. I don't know I am still

trying to research this. I am just always scared to making myself

worse since that has happened many times with me.

By working longer, I mean that I take about 3-4.0 ML every 3-5 days and

do not think about it otherwise. I generally feel better when I have

sufficient Omega3s and can tell the difference. Without them for a

while, I can get a little sluggish and may not be as calm.

I also follow WAPF (and sometimes Vonderplanz -- raw) and eat eggs, meat

and dairy that should have Omega 3s too. So cod liver oil is not my

only source.
