Provision of PF to PLHA Employes

Dear Forum,

My concern is that most of the PLHAs are working in the field of

HIV/AIDS after knowing their status and they are not in a position for

future benefits. I request all the forum comrades to suggest the

possibilities of introduction of Providence Fund (PF) to such employees.

I know that employee contribution can be retrieved but employers contribution

has to be mobilised. I dont know whether the donors are Govt. will take care of

it. There are will be contraints but how to overcome those.
