Policy and Procedure Manual

Hello Group,

We are needing to update and revise our policy and procedure manuals

for our outpatient physical therapy clinics. Some are free-standing

and some are hospital based. After reviewing, I am more inclined

to 'start fresh'. Does anyone know of a good generic manual for

purchase that I can customize for each facility?

Thank you in advance.

Hi Group,

I have been working on a policy and procedure manual for my new clinic.

I believe I have all the basis covered but wanted to ask others if they

would want to share their table of contents of what is included. Just

trying to make sure I have all the basis covered.

Thanks!

Wade
