Hi bruce< Thanks for the encouragement,things are still going ok.

I go to see my surgeon next wednesday so i will see what he has to

say.

It is one week yesterday since my op & was not going to get on the

scales untill i saw him but just had to take a peek:) happy to say

that i have lost 4 kg!!!!!! wow i was amazed.

I can take alot more than this, its the best Christmas present i

could have .

as I almost reach out and feel the 60 kg down mark I smile and thank , Santa

, the Easter bunny , my oz band support and my surgeon, his secretary oopps

and my wife

keep smiling, and keep looking forward
