Guest guest
Friends, Our little boy came back with slightly elevated lead levels (11 mg/dl), where m is for micro, not milli I believe). He is 12 months old. Our main question is how can we bring this down via diet and supplements? We plan to have him take raw liver twice to three times per week in small quantities, he already drinks kombucha, etc. There is very little we can do about our overall environmental factors more than what we have done - we basically know where all our food comes from and how it is raised, make all our own cleaners form known sources, ingredients, etc. Part of the problem is that my wife is probably high in heavy metals and is still nursing him, so what can we do while she is still nursing him to help? Input is much appreciated!
