Guest guest
Hi, Be careful you are using organic extra virgin quality oils. Not an oil expert, but I have been told that virgin or pure oils have been refined sometimes to the point of being called light oils, definitely not organic. Haven't noticed any changes except that my mouth does feel so very CLEAN, and that's good enough. Been using that beautiful expensive coconut oil, which makes it very pleasant... Only problem is, it looks like it must be causing new lines around my 47-year-old mouth. I've been sort of stretching my lips into a smile and holding my finger in front of my mouth, hoping that will prevent any more new wrinkles. I still have a bunch of metal fillings and some metal on the top of a cap, on one side of my mouth. It sounds like the oil-pulling may be pulling more of that metal out, and I need to figure out what to replace that cap with. Maybe I should quit the OP until I get those replaced...
