Guest guest
Can anyone offer any information as to how they generally handle one-time visits....whether for TENS unit issue and set-up, home cervical traction unit issue and instruction, or other orthotics? We get quite a few walk-overs from a pain clinic next door with orders for TENS, home traction, etc.....Should we be billing for PT initial eval AND a TENS set-up? or.....will insurances reimburse for the set-up without an evaluation being informed? I don't want to be " over billing " for a one time visit that doesn't take a lot of time, but I do want to make sure that we are re-imbursed maximually for the service. Thanks, PT---Mississippi
