Guest guest
Our private ortho & sports PT clinic is looking to bring on a new physical therapist and we would like to structure their position as an " associate " that will be paid based on a percentage of how much gross revenue they bring to the clinic. A local doctor that we work with uses this structure at his clinic and he says it works very well for the doctors. I was wondering if there are any PT clinics out there that use such a structure? What percentages do you use for PT's and how does that percentage increase over the years? What calculations do you use to determine the starting percentage that they would receive? We are just playing with the idea and the new structure. We feel it is important to compensate our PT's well for their production at the clinic. Any ideas? Thanks.
