Guest guest
, You will be impressed with MGMA's final work product. MGMA is a TOP RATE organization. If we could get enough private practice PTs/OTs to participate in such a survey, our company would be willing to sponsor the survey and provide the survey results to participants. I can't tell you how many times I am asked by new PT/OT clients, " What's the going rate for a PT grad? " " What do your other clients pay their techs, receptionists, billing staff, etc.? " " Do your other PT/OT clients offer benefits and if so, what benefits do they offer? " Have a great Friday. D. Cavitt, President Medical Legal Alliance, L.L.C. The survey includes low, median, high wages/salaries by position (receptionist, medical secretary, medical records custodian, LPN, RN, etc.) and years of experience, as well as benefits paid (PTO, CEU allowance, health insurance, 401K, etc.). Many physicians use the MGMA survey results as a basis to negotiate salaries and benefits for new and existing employees. Have any you ran across a similar survey for private practice PT/OT clinics?
