If not I think you will have a very easy time not paying the bill and telling the office you will be discontinuing care if this is standard practice in the office. Man... I would have been a easily tripled my income charging for e- mails and phone calls! 5-7/day at $50 each.... For me that would be another $3,600/month. Seems I am missing the boat.
