Guest guest Posted September 21, 2008 Report Share Posted September 21, 2008 I use the packets of kefir starter culture they sell at Wilderness Family Naturals plus the water from 3 instead of 4 young coconuts (I threw away their instructions and was too lazy to look it up online).
