Can coconut kefir be too strong if you don't use enough coconuts?

I use the packets of kefir starter culture they sell at Wilderness

Family Naturals plus the water from 3 instead of 4 young coconuts (I

threw away their instructions and was too lazy to look it up online).

It is now almost 48 hours later and I'm scared to taste it

cuz...well...is it still edible/beneficial/too strong?
