Krista, OK...so house cleaning lasted all of 10 minutes! Even just

to go up the stairs I get heart palpitations. This is coming from

someone who used to run bleachers to stay in shape....uuuggghhhh! It

makes me so mad!

Yes, you're right about what's the point of a fibro diagnosis. All

fibro is to me is a collection of mysterious symptoms that doctors

can't put a finger on. To me the root of the problem is the overuse

of antibiotics which leads to yeast overgrowth especially if you have

any heavy metals (implants), which then leads to leaky gut and

results in endocrine/hormonal imbalances.

I was reading about the antibotic cipro which is often given after

implant and explant surgeries and just wonder if it hasn't

contributed additionally to the fibro and other debilitating symptoms:

DS_FM I know I was given cipro after explant and at about 6 weeks my

symptoms became worse. I don't fault Kolb, though, because one needs

to be on precautionary antibiotics if they have surgery. But, it

does make me wonder if my vision problems stem from it because all

over the internet are cipro/vision connections.

Corvalen M is a powder supplement that Kolb had me mix with water.

It contains d-ribose, magnesium and malic acid. If you google it,

you'll find a lot of testimonials about its effectiveness and it

worked quickly for my pain. I know my energy was greater then than it

is now.

Sorry about your knee! That doesn't sound too good. On the bright

side, with all your fatigue, you'll have a lower risk of injuring it

again!...ok, I guess I'm just trying to make lemonade out of lemons.

PH- I hear ya on the house cleaning...I can barely keep up with the

laundry and grocery shopping. I finally had a to hire a housekeeper

because I couldn't keep up after awhile.

That's exactly what I think about fibro too...just a collection of

mysterious symptoms that doctors can't explain, so they just give it

one umbrella name. There has to be an underlying cause of it though.

Something in the body has gotten out of whack in the body to cause

the fibro, whether it be the overuse of antibiotics, our toxic

environment, prescription medication, vaccinations, poorly grown

meats, dairy and produce, overuse of beauty products, etc. My friend,

Kerri that has it went strictly organic and natural with all of her

foods, cleaning supplies and beauty products. She said her fibro felt

better, but many of the symptoms came back while she was pregnant. I

should tell her about the possibility of the yeast overgrowth and see

if she's heard of it.

I looked up Corvalen M and it looks pretty interesting. I will ask my

naturopath about it and see if it's something she recommends. I'm

definitely interested in it. Sounds like it might do you some good to

go back on it as well! I'm willing to try anything for all the aching

and fatigue at this point...augh! I'm so tired of feeling like crap!

These stupid implants sure did a number on us didn't they? Any health

problem we have had had or was susceptible to having...the implants

just made it a hundred trillion times worse!

Yes, I can't wait till we can all say " remember when? " That's going

to be at our group get-together that we have so that we can all meet

each other!

I too was looking over that site and almost everything listed is what

I feel on a daily basis. Even eye problems. I have noticed my vision

worsen in the last year or so. Things seem more fuzzy, and sometimes

I stare into space so long they go crossed. This is usually while I'm

driving. I have also noticed ringing in my ears, and eye pain. So

many things. But while my naturopath was alive I also learned that

alot of these symptoms are due to systematic candida, and most

recently read from gluten intolerance. So many things in what we eat

and drink today cause so many of the same symptoms it's difficult to

get a correct diagnoses. I blamed a number of these things for my

symptoms but as my bad luck would have it, it could very well be

coming from something else. I need to get these blasted things out of

me.

Hi - Unfortunately, the majority of us on this forum can relate

to that list of symptoms. Makes it difficult to get through the day,

doesn't it? :-( We can all relate.

PH has a lot of the vision issues that you are talking about, so I'm

sure she will definitely be able to relate to you. Have you had a lot

of brain fog? I got really bad brain fog a few months ago...it was

really scary!

You will notice that the group talks a lot about candida. Most of us

have candida issues from the implants. You might be right, our

candida issues might be causing a lot of other issues as well. I'm

currently on a round of caprylic acid (anti-fungal.) That also might

be causing my symptoms, as the fungus dies off. No fun! Oh, not to

mention, a lot of my aches and pains are being caused by slip on ice

on Monday night...augh!

Yes, you do need to get those blasted things out. I was having a lot

of these same symptoms before explant, but I always felt like by

treating them, I was always fighting an uphill battle, because I

still had the implants. Since getting the implants out, I don't feel

like I am fighting an uphill battle, I know it's only downhill from

here!

Try not to worry too much about the way you will look after explant.

If you go to a proper surgeon who explants you correctly, then you

will look great. Remember that how you look after explant won't be

the way you will look after weeks and months. I'm 4 1/2 weeks explant

and mine already look very different then they did right after. I

know they still have changes in the next months also. My scars will

fade a lot and I know that. The surgery is a cinch compared to

getting the implants in, so don't worry about that.

Sounds like you have a great boyfriend now, who loves you regardless.

So, try not to worry about the way you will look. Concentrate more on

finding a good surgeon, finances, coordinating scheduling, etc. The

rest will fall into place. We'll help ya get there!

a perfect body. A beautiful woman is one who loves herself and is

confident, confident, confident!!! If the rest of the world sees your

confidence and sees that you are comfortable in your own skin, then

they won't be able to help but feel the same way about you. Beauty

I know I need to think better of myself. My health definitely is the

most important thing. I can't even work out anymore because it seems

like the more activity I do the more pain I feel. But then if I lay

or sit around too much I get stiff and hurt then too. I'm losing my

dang mind. I feel like a big pile of dookie.

And yes, brain fog is my middle name. More like Alzheimer's. And I'm

only 31. Last week at work I wrote the date 12-06 one day, another

day twice I wrote the date as 12-05, and then once a couple days

later 12-04. I make at least 3 mistakes at work a day because I can't

concentrate on what I'm doing, and I guess about a year ago I was

leaving a clients house from doing a massage (been there loads of

times) got to the end of her driveway in her neighborhood and didn't

even remember where I was. It took me about a minute to remember. I

get real dizzy REAL easily and yeah, my mind is in the clouds alomost

all the time. I was in a motorcycle accident in 97 so alot of time I

do wonder if my brain stuff has to do with the accident catching up

to me so it's really hard to tell but I imagine the implants are just

exasterbating everything else. This sucks! I want my joy back. My

spirit, my life.

, I hear you on the brain fog/Alzheimer's. A couple times I

forgot to pick up my oldest son from school. My youngest had to

remind me!! Once, I realized my mistake, I had to then remind myself

that I even had an older son...scary, especially if you knew how

important he is to me!!!

The date thing like you experience was one of my first symptoms and

things just progressed. It got so bad I left the house w/ the oven

mit on but didn't realize it til I was getting in the car. Since

explant things are better, yet when I speak I often can't come up

with the word I want to use.

If your motorcycle accident was that long ago and you didn't suffer

the brain fog after it, I tend to think your symptoms are probably

from the candida.

- Yes, you are right, your health IS the most important thing.

I stopped being able to exercise a few months ago, because every time

I'd do, I'd just be so exhausted and brain-fogged that I couldn't see

straight for days. It was really disappointing. I've felt like a big

pile of dookie too, so I can definitely relate!

I've often felt like Alzheimer's too (and I'm only 29 years old!)

Last night I made my hubby a grocery list and he said that I put the

same things on their twice, and just plain didn't write other stuff

down. Augh! I used to be so on top of that kind of stuff, now I feel

like an 80 year old lady! It's frustrating, I know. It's so hard to

work with this illness. My brain gets so tired and confused easily, I

know I'm not working up to (or even close ) to my capacity. I'm just

hoping this passes before it's gets to be too noticeable at work.

We WILL get there, you just have to take the necessary steps to get

there. I'm not that far ahead of you, so we can do this together!

I remember the brain thing well . . . I couldn't do the simplest job right . . . Lost my job! . . .

One implant lady found she could get by with more by laughing and calling it her "blonde" moment. . .

The good news is that it gets much better! . . . Most of the time my brain is fully engaged . .. I notice that if I get too tired or stressed, I can make errors though. Learning where errors are more likely to occur helps. . . For me, it's very simple math errors . . The kind anyone can do in their head . . .Let's see . .. two pieces of chicken for six people equals six . .. Doesn't it? . . . Well, I thought it did!

One of the funniest . . . I was throwing a party for my sis and her hubby for their 25th anniversary . . . Everything was ready on the day of the party when my mother called to tell me I had forgotten to tell my sis and her hubby! . . . OH GAWD!

I hear ya on that , I too have the memory thing going on since

implant,but mine started before as well, Some of my friend and I joke

that its the anthrax shots we got a looooong time ago. I had

originally noticed I was more forgetfull not long after about the 6th

one and never paid too much attention and talked to some of my female

friend who have had them too and they said they notice there memory

too. Guys seen to laugh about it though. At least the ones that

where in the conversation at the time. Also I think we got to keep

in mind that having kids also gives us what I like to call " Mothers

I remember the old posty notes.. Geez I had them everywhere.. so so unorganized and couldn't remember anything, I even wrote a posty note to pick up my Son, now that is nuts... Thanks FDA now the posty note companies are rich as well as the implant manufactureres..

Here is a funny story I remember with my Dumn Implant day... BRAIN FOG and Memory Loss.. It was my bf birthday, his Mother, Father, Son, Grandson, OMG the whole family... It was a pizza party... Well Woops I forgot to order the pizza... I was cooking taco's when they came in the door... OMG I cried.. yes that other symptom, you cry for the dumn reason, fine one minute then boo hoo balling... OMG thank God they are GONE>

I am so glad you found this site and are taking charge of your health.. Congrats... For sure it is your implants... I know when I was over one year post op I was so sick from my implants, yet nobody would tell me I was sick from them.. I found this site and never looked back... I have to tell you a story of a girl who was very young in her mid twenties, I meet her a my Dr. Kolb's office when I went for explant... I was so sick, yet when I meet this young girl I instantly took my thought off of feeling sorry for myself and relized how blessed I was to find out 8 months prior to her... Cause in 8 months I seen first hand of what my life would have been like, she was so sick, it was the most horrible thing I had ever witnessed in my life... She needed a wheel chair, could not blink her eyes, could not talk or anything... brain dead from her "safe" saline filled with mold... Our implants were defective the valves, which allowes ingress and egress to flush back and forth... Allowing mycobacteria to enter and grow nothing kills it, so sad they sell such a product... never look back girl and remember life is ruff right now but with explant and dedication to yourself, you will shine again... Just to let you know this young sweet girl is walking, talking and driving again... God Bless

I'm sorry but the oven mit bit made me crack up. I am finding myself

doing that dumb stuff all the time. I seriously can't remember

anything. My stoopid self got out of the car to get gas the other day

and i went to get back in and locked the dang door. I NEVER lock the

door at the gas station! The thing is you can't lock the door on the

drivers side unless it's with the key on the outside of the car. OR

before getting out you can pull out the handle and push the lock

button down. So that's what I apparently did before I got out and

don't even rememebr doing it. Luckily here in NC the weather has went

from snow flurries to 75 degrees and I had rolled my window down a

bit. But it was JUST enough to get my arm in. I felt so dumb. But

there are so many times I do something walk off come back and I'm all

confused because I go to do what I just did and don't even remember

doing it. And then I stand there just shaking my head. My boyfriend

gets angry at me because he'll tell me 4 times about a Dr appt he has

and get mad because I don't wish him luck. Well if I could remember

he told me he had the appt in the first I would remember to wish

luck. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! It drives me nutz! I forgot to say

in the last post that along with my joy,spirit and life I want my

MIND back most of all.

I had all those symptoms too... Most are gone now... I don't think all is fibro symptoms most are bio toxins disease from the implants.... Mucixex helps but without proper diet and all the detoxing it is useless... We have way more than fibro, we have been chemically poisoned... Those Rats as our Lea would say...We are Lab Rats

Oh yes, I feel you there. Writing things down twice and then other

things not at all. Trust me I think I have wrote the same list. Prob

even several times. I have been dealing with this awhile I think. But

like I've said before I just connected it with my accident in 97. I

suffered a head injury. I didn't really notice any problems until

months after. My equilibrium and short term memory but thinking back

I realize it's gotten worse since 2001, when I got my implants. And

even worse in the last year or two. I hope maybe I can get something

arranged in Jan to get these things out of me.

I want my dookie days to be over. lol

Girl, dookie is like my fav word. Not only does it sound funny, but

it's fun to say. LOL Or you could just say " I feel like a big pile of

poo. " Poo is good too.

Well normally I can remember why I am there mostly because I write

EVERYTHING down on posty notes during the day at work and get this, I

fold them once and stick them to the back of my cell phone. I have

to. If i stick them in my pocket or purse I will forget to get them

out. Crap which reminds me I have clothes in wash that need to go in

the dryer, but quickly before I forget, I always forget where I park

when I come out. I think we all know how cool that looks. LOL

Ok going to get clothes now.

Have you tried using the memo function that comes with Mail? . ..

Mine is right at the bottom of this message . . . I can add events to the calender and get reminders in advance . . . It spares me the embarassment of forgetting grandkids birthdays! You just click the + to add an event.

My daughter is an occupational therapist. She used to work with head injuries. I didn't realize what a difficult time many people with head injuries have. They cope just like you do . . . notes, notes, notes. . .

The good news is that you can keep improving your memory if you continue to work at it. . . One of our friends had severe stroke several years ago . . . He was told he wouldn't walk, drive or talk. . . He refused to accept the diagnosis. He's doing all three now! . . . He put everything into getting better. His wife dropped him off at a senior center where he exercised all day long while she worked!

They used to believe that our bodies replaced every cell, except brain cells, on a continual basis. . . Now they know that's not right . . . that the body grows new brain cells throughout our lives! . . . That's the good news . . . The bad news is that we have to keep training them! . . .

That requires stimulating the brain as much as possible. Math, puzzles, reading, some computer games originated as theraputic tools. Dancing is a very good mental and physical exercise. . . Any type of dancing that involves specific steps . . . rather than just wiggling! Line, ballroom, swing, square and round dancing are all great!
