FXB India Suraksha is a non-profit Company working for the cause of

HIV-AIDS affected and infected orphans. It is substantially funded by

FXB International (www.fxb.org), an international philanthropic

organisation with it's headquarter in Geneva, Switzerland. It is

engaged in advocacy, dissemination of information, psycho-social

support and delivery of medical services at State and local levels.

FXB India Suraksha is looking for a bright, innovative and committed

professional to take up the challenge of the position of Programme

Funding Manager in the Company.

Programme Funding Manager:

Salary Scale: Rs. 27500 – 500 – 40000 (Consolidated). The Salary

Level of the selected candidate will be decided depending on his

qualification and experience.

Desired Profile: Minimum requirement is a good Bachelors degree;

preference will be given to candidates with MBA, Master of Social

Welfare, Diploma in Rural Development, etc. Experience: Minimum of

five years; experience in developing & writing fund raising project

proposals, preferably for HIV-AIDS affected and infected vulnerable

children.

The candidate should be able to develop good external relations to

avail of opportunities for fund-raising as well as long-term

partnership development. Other desirable skills include good computer

efficiency for document formatting, preferably with knowledge of

computer graphics. Experience in dealing with Donors, UN Agencies,

Govt Organisations will be desirable.

The incumbent will work directly with the Chief Executive Officer,

but will have to be closely associated with Director Programme

Management, General Manager, Advocacy Communication & External

Relations and Director Finance, System Management & Company Affairs

in order to develop proposals in consultation with the Regional

Directors.

Candidates, who would like to come on deputation for a minimum period

of three years while retaining their lien with their parent

organisation would also be welcome.
