Guest guest
Sharon- Thanks, that looks awesome! Unfortunately, some of those ingredients are hard to find even in NYC, but they're well worthwhile when available. - > Great little site on how to make a variety of curry used in > Malaysia, Thai > and Indian cuisine. Guest guest
Hey, ! Let me know what you can't find in NYC and I'll pick it up for you in Boston and send it down to you. I've found everything at Whole Foods. Which items can't be found in NYC? Especially in China Town? Guest guest
It is amazing to hear that the ingredients would be difficult to find in NYC !? Try an Asian/ethnic grocery store. We even have several of those in New Hampshire, but of course there are also enormous Asian markets in the Boston are. Some of the galangal and kefir lime leaves aren't always available fresh, sometimes you'll find them frozen or even minced/bottled in those asian grocery store.
