There are many campaign for diet. And it turns out that people start

to searching for a quicker way that can help them lose some pounds.

They start to try the unrealistic way, taking some " magic " pill,

taking supplements instead of controlling the food and nutrition that

they eat.

There are hundreds of miraculous-sounding diet like grapefruit diet to

the detox diet, or even " caveman " diet. And after weeks of trying

these ways, if the result is not like the way that they hope, the

dieters start to frustrate and they give up. This failure can send

them back to the unhealthy lifestyles, even it becomes worse than

before they started.

Based on the article in webAMD, there are 5 the worst diets ever. And

maybe you do not succeed because you try one of these diets. Let's

take a look.

1. Diets that focus on only a few foods or food

We often hear this as cabbage soup diet, grapefruit diet, strict

vegans diet, raw fruits diet, and many low-cabs diet. Just so you

know, people need to eat variuos kinds of food to get the nutrition

that tey need. We can't get all of them just by eating cabbage soup.

Beside that, how many cabbage soup can you eat?

Maybe for the firs time it works, but after a few days or week you'll

get bored and started to craving for your favourite foods. Just bear

in your mind that all kind of food can fit into a healthy lifestyle,

you just have to manage how many you eat them. Try to control the

nutrition that comes to your body. When diets forbid certain foods and

dieters envision a life without their favourite treats, those diets

usually fail.
