Guest guest Posted August 19, 2008 Report Share Posted August 19, 2008 Hey, Help please! I tried fermenting some pumpkin seed but they had a moderate 'rotten egg' smell and funky taste. I had soaked them overnight, ground them with water, into a paste, added some probiotics and let sit in a mason jar overnight, covered with cheesecloth. Where did I go wrong?
