I add 2 whole eggs to my morning kefir fruit smoothie for the protein. This is breakfast 5 days a week. Too many raw whites, I presume? Couldn't a person just supplement with more Biotin to make up for the loss? If that's the case, then what would be a good high protein source to add to the smoothie?
