You were the one that recommended Why stomach acid is good for you I

believe. How long did you take the acid for? I really wish I knew how

much to take b/c I don't want to damage the lining further. I feel like

I am playing pin the tail on the donkey in the dark after drinking a

six pack b/c I taking a stab at amounts. Can you elaborate on your

experiences like how much you started with and how you knew when to

progress with larger amounts or take less?
