I think I've said this earlier. But it bears repeating!

NACO does not think it is necessary to share their studies or for that

matter any info whatsoever!

A person of Rami Chhabra's stature had to resort to the Right to

Information to obtain a copy of the NACP III Plan of action

(National AIDS control programme: a critique / Rami Chhabra [Economic and

Political Weekly, 13-19 January 2007] ).

I think that says it all.
