Guest guest
Instead of soaking the flour after grinding, is it possible to soak whole grains before grinding then put it all thru a Green Star juicer in preparations of NT bread recipes, such as the yogurt dough? I'm trying to avoid another expensive kitchen gadget. Thanks,
Guest guest
It most certainly is! I use an omega juicer and just soak the grains for like 1 1/2 days. 24 hours works fine but you have to put them in slower. Its a course grind for sure, but it worked great for me making sourdough waffles in a cast iron waffle maker. I have a hand stone grinder but its tough work and the omega does the job so much faster. I love my omega juicer. I'm just about to toast some coconut and make coconut butter....its sooo tasty and I add extra coconut oil to get a better texture. I eat it by itself for lunch and its really energizing. - > > Instead of soaking the flour after grinding, is it possible to soak > whole grains before grinding then put it all thru a Green Star juicer > in preparations of NT bread recipes, such as the yogurt dough?
