Guest guest Posted April 8, 2008 Report Share Posted April 8, 2008 I never got around to finding directions for soaking grains (or " grains " ), so yesterday I just decided to pour some water over some quinoa and see what happened. Maybe 24 hours later (maybe more...?), it smells slightly sprout-y and the little curly-q things have straightened out some.
