I am very suspicious of muscle testing since it is SO subjective (even though it declares itself objective). I mean, it would be interesting to know if your ND has an anti-milk penchant. If you enjoy milk and have not noticed any problems I would stick to my guns. Don't give your power away to ANY kind of doctor. I CANNOT drink milk, and that's not because of any AK testing but from my own experience with it. Guest guest
I'm a firm believer in AK, which is muscle testing. In my opinion, it is EXTREMELY accurate. As for dairy sensitivities, I developed a dairy sensitivity after Christmas. I think I over did it, with the egg nog, cheese cake, cheese sauce, cheese ball, plus the usual cream in my coffee, yogurt for lunch and kefir before bed, all raw cow dairy. I knew I was having a sensitivity to something. I laid off dairy for 3 months, just recently added it back in and am doing so gradually. Have not added the yogurt back yet. What are your expericences with muscle testing? also- Can I recover from sensitivities? I'm bummed because she said I'm sensitive to cow dairy, and I love my raw milk. Going to have to find someone with goats now... Thanks!
