Guest guest Posted January 1, 2008 Report Share Posted January 1, 2008 On Dec. 06, Doug Sparks wrote about a a surveyor who came to his facility for a Medicare inspection. This surveyor came with a " Standards " grid, and went though every point on the standards grid with him. He indicated the having one on hand would better prepare one for a site visit.
