question about saturated fats, for Chris and maybe other folk

How do I successfully get someone to realize that saturated fats are

not automatically bad? What are the pros and cons of them? The

person I want to convince has spent years doing lab research on the

effects of saturated fats on artery plaque, in mice. I may be out of

my depth on this, she knows her medical science probably better than

me, at least in this relatively narrow area. Is there a good website

for this? Chris? Anybody? I know about your website, but I'd

like to have some others, in addition to yours. Thanks, people.
