Well, in retrospect, I think the cheap wild frozen bay scallops I got at Trader Joe's must've been wet -- they shrank to a truly astonishing degree during cooking, something I've never observed when cooking dry sea scallops. - Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
