the family grain mill??(was: Re: x post: grain mills)

anyone used this one? im kinda sketched thats it plastic, but i

havent heard anything bad about it. it only comes with a 5 year

warrenty.

apparenty im pretty picky too, i have along list of things i want my

mill to do and i dont want to buy two. at least not right now

the reasons i like it:

-its a fast hand grinder but you can also get an adaptor (for only 30

bucks) to moterize it with a kitchen aide stand mixer - which i

already have.

-you can buy different heads to go on the base like a flaker which im

really interested in, a meat grinder, or a food processor which chops

veggies and can do nut butters too.

-it can do from a really fine flour to a barely cracked grain

-i can get the mill head and the flaker together for only $188 plus

30 for the kitchen aide adaptor.

what do you think?
