Guest guest
Dear Forum, Re: /message/7814 First of all I would like to say sorry for the family members of the PLHA's who died and facing many difficulities. In my opinion we are all talking about most of the issues after the statements released by Govt. or any other agencies. I would like to appreciate Mr. Jaffer for putting their great efforts to have complete information in this regard. BUT when he know the situation in his region, I think he should have tell the scenario and the information early before the statement of Rajyasabha not only to get the possible accurate information and to help the people who are in need. The statement of Rajyasabha says that the rate of HIV cases in India are decreased (INDIA should be underlined). When we are talking about the right figures, we know the mechanism and procedure for gatharing this information accurately is not very easy as we are thinking. Since from a long time, when ever any agencies release a statement regarding facts and figures we are stating that this statement/report is not accurate when we consider to our own geographical area. The message posted by Mr. Jaffer also he had taken the observations as " FOUR TO SIX " in SIX MONTHS, But if he give the observations of " PAST ONE YEAR " then it will give more positive impact on his mail to know whether the death cases are increased or not. When we are ready to criticise most of the fact and figures, does there is no " responsibility " to put our own efforts to make the report will come accurate/nearer to accurate figures? Is there any modifications in the procedure by which this figures are coming, to work more effectively in this issues?
