Guest guest
Thank you very much for that information, Violet... I really appreciate it. Gideon. violetskyvi <violetskyvi@...> wrote: Dear Gideon, I have hepatitis C among other health challenges. I use the zapping program, have done kidney cleanses, do the herbal parasite cleanse weekly, and have done seven liver cleanses. Something that helps, especially when I have the " football under the ribs " feeling, is to combine organic dandelion greens with organic lemon (skin, seeds, and fruit) in a blender with about a cup of water, strain, and drink with a large straw. I try to use the amount of lemon that will offset the very green taste of whatever amount of dandelion greens are available to me on a given day. I just read a previous post of yours indicating that you are considering interferon treatment. The manufacturer's package insert for Peg-Intron, which includes a disclosure of possible side effects, is available at http://www.spfiles.com/pipeg-intron.pdf For additional information about interferon, go to www.Hepatitis Cfree.com Lloyd , who runs the site, has cured himself of hepatitis C and is helping others to do the same. He experienced interferon treatment prior to developing the protocol that worked for him. If you go into the message board and go to the archives for 2004, you will find posts from people who used interferon and then turned to Lloyd seeking help due to horrendous (and lasting) side effects. People certainly have different experiences and only you can judge what is best for you, but I'm a believer in understanding the risks before using any particular treatment. In a study of St. 's Wort in 15 patients with HIV in 1990, Dr. Bihari had accidentally discovered a significant benefit to liver function in two patients with hepatitis B (whereas there was no improvement in HIV markers). Bihari then began to use St. 's Wort in his private practice to treat hepatitis B and hepatitis C - patients with the former responded well, the latter not at all. Since 1995, Dr. Bihari has been able to use a very highly concentrated form of hypericin, the active ingredient found in St. 's Wort, called HY2 (manufactured by Pacific Biologic in Clayton, CA; 800-869-8783) in the treatment of people with hepatitis C. It is given along with LDN, to enhance the immune response, and in many cases with ribavirin, an antiviral. Over 60 patients have been successfully treated for hepatitis C in Dr. Bihari's practice. C with LDN and Hypericin Concentate(sp? on Hypericin). His doc needs to contact Dr. Bihari's office to get this protocol.
Guest guest
Does anyone know about nutritional supports or treatments for Hepatitis C? I introduced lacto-fermented foods to them today and sent them home with enough sauerkraut to get them through until theirs is ready. They will be removing soy from their diet as well. They already make bone broths and eat organ meats, grass-fed meats and free-range eggs, eat very little sweetener, and little processed food. What else would be a good nutritional support or supplements specific for Hepatitis C? Thanks, KerryAnn www.TFrecipes.com/forum/- Traditional Foods Menu Mailer, recipes and cooking helps, home-style TF meals your kids will LOVE
