You can use celtic. Use only a very small pinch. You don't actually

need any salt, but it is good for moistening the tissues if they need

it.

We use Celtic Sea salt in our Neti pot, about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of

salt. Just make sure the salt has completely evaporated before using

it. I hope it helps, it sure helpful in our house!
