Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I just dripped goats milk kefir to get some whey because I want to make gingered carrots. It finished dripping and so I scraped the " cheese " off the cloth it was dripping from. WOW!!! It tastes like goats cheese. I can envision adding chopped herbs and loving this on all sorts of items. For a long time, my only achievements with Traditional foods was to eat organic food, raw dairy, and soaked dried nuts and soaked grains. But now, do to a lot of help from my friends here and a few other like-minded lists, I have moved into the next level and make delicious kombucha and kefir. Thanks to one and all for the time you take to share of your experiences. I've learned so much from you and am very grateful. So now I attempt fermented veggies... This is all so much fun! Blessings to you, Ann
