Guest guest Posted March 4, 2008 Report Share Posted March 4, 2008 Do any Florida outpatient therapy providers have a " shortcut " to verify both benefits and therapy caps when using FCSO's IVR? Currently, I must call the IVR, and provide the same patient information two different times, once for deductible, home health and primary coverage and again for therapy cap status. There must be a better way but I don't know it. I've complained two times to FCSO but nothing has been done.
