Medicare Evaluations

I evaluated a Medicare patient in 11/2007 for lumbar radiculitis. He

received some therapy, got better and was DC'd with a HEP in the same

month.

He is now returning with the same diagnosis. He said he was doing well

until he lost his balance and reinjured his back.

Can I bill Medicare for this evaluation? Or just the treatment?

It has been approximately 3 months since I treated him the first time.

Thanks,
