Guest guest
You know it's not just Monsanto - there is a whole laundry list of companies involved, including Dow Ag Sciences and some universities. Monsanto gets all the blame while the others go under the radar. When the GM wheat was sent throughout Iraq/Afghanistan, as " aid " (the fertile crescent, where grain cultivation comes from, AFTER their grain banks were raided by troops and their heritage strains of wheat went missing), none of the companies involved were Monsanto. Of course, that doesn't mean they weren't involved in the planning of that " grain takeover " . BTW, Dow and Monsanto have plans for corn - resistance to 4 different chemicals - so how does that fly with their claim that the use of GM crops is supposed to be less polluting?? http://news.dow.com/dow_news/corporate/2007/20070914a.htm > > Monsanto has blood on its hands.
