Guest guest
Adequate selenium to control mercury for me was only 2 brazil nuts daily - however, depending on brand sometimes 2 wasn't nearly enough. If I got less than that for 3 days in a row, the mercury would hit back and hard. Once I figured I'd show it and had a huge amount of selenium (I have no idea how much, I just binged on brazil nuts) - it just made myself lightheadedly dizzy and didn't give me any more than 3 days. I agree with : better to get it out than just pacify it. -Lana " There is nothing more useful than sun and salt.
