Guest guest Posted April 18, 2008 Report Share Posted April 18, 2008 does anyone have any idea how many carbs are in raw whole milk kefir? does it depend on how long it is fermented? is it just slightly less than milk, or does the fermenting eat away at a lot of the carbs? also, how can i tell how much fat is in the raw cream i buy? is there a range of fattiness among different creams? this cream is very thick and has to be set out a while to get it to pour out of the jar. i am just wondering b/c it would be nice to know if i am getting more fat in less of this cream than any other cream. amanda Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
