Children living with HIV in Tamil Nadu.- DATA duplication

Dear Forum,

Thanks to Clinton foundation's initiative to support Children living with HIV in

Tamilnadu. All NGOs are busy in copying address of the children living with

HIV!!!.

I have a request to Clinton foundation:

Please verify for duplication and genuinity of the organization before funding

them. Also we came to understand that lot of competition is there between the 2

major sub-grantees in tamilnadu and they both are putting enormous pressure on

the local NGOs for the " ADDRESS BOOK " .

If you visit all ICTCs & ART centers, you will find NGO representatives hunting

for Children " data " .

Hope we NGOs all remember. " CONFIDENTIALITY " ..
