We would like to draw your kind attention that Sudeb Nakar(Name Changed), 11

years old, Student of Kalikapur(South 24Pgns District) Sudeb Nakar, who was

discriminated from his school by his school teacher and his classmate. Head

Master forcefully refund his school fees to his mother, Mrs. Tanu Naskar and he

was been shifted in the separate corner in the class.

Dear Forum,

Greetings. When we received this news, we contacted our district level network

SNP+ (South 24pgns Network of PLWHA) to solve this matter.

The president of SNP+ (Mr.Khitish Mondol) went there and he talked with the

authority of that school and also with the local leader of CPM Party (Political

Party). With their intevention the boy was again allowed to study in that

school.

We informed, this incident to Dr.Goswami of WBSACS as well. He also critisised

this incident. He informed us that he will look into this matter.

We consider this as a great achivement.
