For non-direct access states, is this not in violation of state laws if

a consumer from that state uses the " service " ? Or are they off

scot-free because it is over the internet?

kind

I am copying a link here to a post from another site (which everyone

here may want to be

paying attention to anyways) regarding the online distribution of PT

services from a PT!

As mentioned in one of the comments, why should we let the bad apples do

our marketing

for us while the good apples wait around to get picked?

The point is not the legality of it all, but the ethicality. We are not just

personal trainers for

which online programs can be assembled without accountability. This service is

an

anathema to our profession and professionalism!
