Guest guest
We cover from 7am-5:30pm. Generally, the OTs start at 7:00 and PT/ST start around 8:00. We also have a few staff members of each discipline start at 9am and end at 5:30pm. It just helps with scheduling. For weekends, the staff sign up for at least one weekend day each month (most choose to do 2) and we use our own supplemental pool to cover the rest of the needs. Holidays are a little tricky but there are always a few staff that are willing to work for the holiday pay. For the " major " holidays, we utilize about 1/2 the regular staff (and make certain that the patients are well covered the day prior and after the holiday).
